Hi, I'm Chaashni and I write articles to help others make informed decisions about products and services available on the World Wide Web.  I started Fad-Free Weight Loss in 2007 to help others like myself sort through the overwhelming amount of weight loss information (some good, some not so good) floating around on the Internet.  I've lost almost 50 lbs and have kept it off for over a year and have never been happier.
